I decided to take more rest at home for another day, which means watching more sports! The day started with the conclusion of the 2016-2017 English Premier League season. Man United ended with a victory even though it didn't help its finishing position at all.
I also watched the pre-recorded NASCAR All Star race. It's the 12 time that Kyle Busch has participated but he has never won it, until this time. He deserved to win as he and his car performed so strong. Then I caught a bit of the quarter-finals of the NCAA Men's Lacrosse tournament. Next, Stanley Cup playoff (conference finals) and all the MLB games on TV. Then there was a NCAA Softball double elimination rematch of Wisconsin vs Oregon and we lost again 0-9. The night ended with watching DTM, the German NASCAR if you will. Of course their Audis Mercedes and Bimmers are better looking than our Toyota Chevy and Ford.

Binge watching
I was not feeling well yesterday and I ended up staying home all day except for an hour.
There was nothing better to do than watching Sports on TV all day long, starting with the conclusion of the Bundesliga season: Bayern Munich ended the season with a victory and Lahm and Alonso waving goodbye to Bayern fans. Then I caught the last minutes of the Aviva Premiership Rugby Semifinal between defending champ Saracen vs Exeter Chief. The latter scored a late try to comeback from behind to win. Nothing interesting was live so I watched the pre-recorded NASCAR Truck race, which was boring because Kyle Busch won it all. Indy 500 is one week away and ESPNEWS showed a bit of the qualifying. Too bad Alonso has already qualified before I switched. More motorsports with the new motorcross season opener. Finally some MLB on TV at 1pm: Astros vs Indians, losing by 0-3. They just couldn't muster any hit. In the mean time, the Preakness Stake horse race is going on, with Classic Empire and Always Dreaming (the favorite and the winner of the previous race, Kentucky Derby, respectively) Cloud Computing was lurking behind and eventually overtook both to victory. (Maybe it's good omen for those in this tech area?) Also watched a bit of MLS: DC United vs Chicago Fire, just to support my man Bastian Schweinsteiger (this is the first time I watched him playing in the MLS) Then ESPN was showing NCAA Softball Tournament featuring the lady Badgers vs the #2 seed of the region, Ducks. We had a good lead for a while thanks to a homer but then the superior team prevailed. Then the Giants vs Cardinal game started. Giants came back from behind in the 9th inning the night before. This one was even more exciting (if you like pitcher's duel) as it was 0-0 until the Giants got on base in the top of 13th and then the phenom Christian Arroyo hit a RBI double and that won the game for the Giants. Of course I had to channel-flip in between this long long game: watched some boxing from Laredo Texas on FS1, Benavidez vs Medina. Tons of fireworks punching each other. Eventually Benavidez outpunched Medina and won with a KO. Also watched the NHL Western Conference final between Nashville and Anaheim. I switched after seeing the Ducks took a 1-0 lead but later found out the Predators won. Yay! The highlight of the day was probably the last stage of the Tour of California: the Peleton couldn't catch the breakaway, which didn't change the final standing as yellow jersey holder New Zealander George Bennett was in the peloton along with all of the close competitors. He had a good week all week long and certainly deserve the victory. (BTW, another "highlight" was the Dodgers smashed by the Marlins losing by as much as 0-10 for a while which ended 6-10)
So, how many programs did I watch (partially) in total? The answer is 14.
